Privacy notice

Last updated 24 September 2026

This notice explains how Sales Enterprises Ltd collects and uses personal data: when you contact us through this website, when we contact you about our services, and when we run outbound campaigns for our clients.

Who we are

Sales Enterprises Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17475029.

Registered office: 6th Floor, 37 Lombard Street, London, United Kingdom, EC3V 9BQ.

Privacy contact: Chris Danielson, Director — chris@sales.enterprises

For the website and our own marketing, Sales Enterprises Ltd is the controller of your personal data. When we run campaigns on behalf of a client, the client is normally the controller and we act as its processor (see “Campaigns we run for clients” below).

If you contact us through this website

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in and anything you write in your message. We use it to reply to you, to arrange a consultation if you want one, and to keep a record of the conversation.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (answering enquiries about our services) and, where you go on to become a client, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

If we contact you about our services

We send a small number of business-to-business emails to people whose role makes our services relevant to them. For this we use:

We obtain this information from business-contact data providers and from public sources such as company websites and professional profiles. We do not collect special category data.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: telling businesses about a service that may help them. We only email corporate addresses, keep volumes low, identify ourselves clearly, and include an easy way to opt out in every message, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

You can object at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply “remove me”. We will stop contacting you straight away and keep your email address on a suppression list solely so that we do not contact you again.

Campaigns we run for clients

Our clients engage us to run email outreach on their behalf. In that work we process prospect data on the client’s instructions and under a written contract; replies go directly to the client. If you received an email from one of our clients and want to exercise your rights, contact that client — or contact us and we will pass your request on promptly and suppress your details across the campaigns we run.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Type of providerWhat they do for us
Email and cloud storage providerBusiness email, documents and file storage
Website hosting providerHosting this website and receiving contact-form submissions

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers. If you would like the names of the specific providers who hold your data, ask us and we will tell you.

International transfers

Some of our service providers are based in, or store data in, the United States or other countries outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or on the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it
